Job summary

Finom, a European fintech with a mobile-first platform, is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design across Growth & Activation and Credit & Cards domains. You will translate research, product data, and user feedback into polished UI while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and analysts.

We require 4+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and fluent English. The role offers stock options, a Work & Swim program, and remote or hybrid work across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex, multi-step user flows.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and polished interaction/visual craft.
• Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your domain—from problem framing to shipped UI.
• Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work.
• Contribute to the design system to improve consistency and craft.
• Design acquisition, onboarding, and activation flows for Growth & Activation.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, funnel analysis) to improve conversions.
• Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences for Credit & Cards.
