Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, including fintech or complex B2B SaaS.
• Experience with dense interfaces and fintech literacy (KYC/AML, compliance, security).
• Autonomous in distributed teams and fluent English (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, developers, and designers across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to design system and review implemented solutions.
