Job summary

Vendelux is seeking a seasoned product designer to own features end-to-end, from customer problems to release. You will redesign onboarding to accelerate value, map the full customer journey, and improve core workflows in web and mobile.

Collaborating with engineers, Customer Success and GTM teams, you will champion self-serve onboarding and AI-enabled interfaces, delivering clear, usable experiences for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience designing self-serve products for small and mid-sized customers.
• Experience designing for web and mobile apps.
• Strong UX and UI skills with end-to-end user journeys in SaaS.
• Highly collaborative, working with engineers, CS, sales and founders.
• Usability-focused with strong visual quality and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from understanding the customer problem through design, build and release.
• Redesign onboarding so new customers reach first value quickly in-product.
• Map customer journey from first login through daily use, removing dead ends.
• Improve usability of core workflows customers rely on daily (e.g., campaigns).
• Work side by side with engineers on web and mobile to ship designs.
• Partner with Customer Success and GTM teams to fix confusions with product updates.
• Lead onboarding self-serve initiative and a help center for self-service.
• Design self-serve experiences for smaller customers.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools and test ideas with the team.
• Design for AI, chat-based and traditional SaaS interfaces with multiple paths.
