Vendelux is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the customer experience from first login to daily workflows. You will drive features end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, Customer Success and go-to-market teams in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design or a similar role.
• A portfolio of features you designed that shipped to production.
• Strong UX and UI skills across SaaS product journeys.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience designing both conversational or AI interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces.
• Experience designing for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to ship in a fast-moving environment.
• Product-minded with customer-first thinking.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end to end, from understanding the customer problem through design, build and release.
• Redesign onboarding so new customers reach their first moment of value quickly, with the full flow inside the product.
• Map the customer journey from first login through daily use and inviting teammates, removing dead ends.
• Improve core workflows like campaign setup for better usability.
• Work with engineers on web and mobile to implement and ship designs.
• Partner with Customer Success and GTM teams to fix user confusion.
• Lead onboarding self-serve initiatives and a knowledge base.
• Design self-serve experiences for small customers to succeed without hands-on support.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools and test ideas with the team.
• Design for AI/chat-based and traditional SaaS interfaces to cover diverse users.
