Vendelux is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the customer journey from first login to daily use, spanning web and mobile. You will work with engineering, Customer Success and GTM teams to ship features and improve onboarding, US office in NYC.

You will redesign onboarding, enhance core workflows, and design for AI as well as traditional SaaS interfaces, guiding prototypes into production with established best practices. This is a hands-on IC role in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product design, UX/UI design or similar.
• Portfolio of features shipped to production.
• Experience owning a full product area or customer journey.
• Strong UX and UI skills for SaaS journeys.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience designing web and mobile apps with SaaS interfaces.
• Leading product initiatives across design, engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Customer-centric design mentality and outcome ownership.

• Redesign onboarding to reach first value quickly with full flow in-product.

• Lead self-serve onboarding and a help center for self-support.
