Vendelux is building the category-defining platform for event marketing intelligence. We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to own how customers experience our product, from first login to daily use, reporting to a co-founder, and collaborating with engineers, Customer Success and GTM teams.

This is an individual contributor role with high ownership across web and mobile. The role is based in our NYC office, and success means onboarding customers quickly, reducing dead ends, and enabling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Portfolio of features you designed that shipped to production.
• Strong UX and UI skills, with experience designing complete user journeys in a SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience designing both conversational or AI interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces.
• Experience designing for web and mobile apps.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end to end, from understanding the customer problem through design, build and release.
• Redesign onboarding so new customers reach their first moment of value quickly, with the full flow inside the product.
• Map the customer journey from first login through daily use and inviting teammates, and remove the dead ends along the way.
• Improve the usability of the core workflows customers rely on every day, such as campaign setup.
• Work side by side with engineers on web and mobile to implement and ship your designs.
• Partner with Customer Success and go-to-market teams to find where customers get confused and turn those patterns into product fixes.
• Lead the initiative to make customer onboarding self-serve, including a help center where customers and internal teams can find answers.
• Design self-serve experiences that let smaller customers succeed without hands-on support.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools to explore ideas and test them with the team.
• Design for both AI and chat-based interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces, so every customer has a path that works for them.
