Vendelux seeks a senior product designer to own the customer journey across web and mobile, from first login through daily use, and to redesign onboarding so new customers reach their first moment of value quickly. You will work with engineers to ship your designs and partner with Customer Success and GTM to address customer confusion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI.
• Portfolio of features shipped to production.
• Experience owning a full product area or customer journey.
• Experience designing self-serve products for SMB customers.
• Strong UX/UI skills with complete user journeys in a SaaS product.

• Own the customer journey across web and mobile, from first login through daily use and inviting teammates, and remove the dead ends along the way
• Take features from customer problem through design, build and release
• Redesign onboarding so new customers reach their first moment of value quickly, with the full flow inside the product
• Improve the usability of the core workflows customers rely on every day, such as campaign setup
• Work side by side with engineers on web and mobile to implement and ship your designs
• Partner with Customer Success and go-to-market teams to find where customers get confused and turn those patterns into product fixes
• Lead the initiative to make customer onboarding self-serve, including a help center where customers and internal teams can find answers
• Design self-serve experiences that let smaller customers succeed without hands-on support
• Design for both AI and chat-based interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces, so every customer has a path that works for them
• Set best practices for AI-driven prototyping and for how prototypes move into development across product and engineering
