Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the design system across web and mobile experiences, ensuring accessible, scalable components. You’ll partner with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, and you’ll mentor the team to raise design craft and system fluency.

You will collaborate with product management on TheraNest initiatives, conducting user research, producing artifacts, and guiding AI-enabled design workflows to deliver intuitive experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• 6+ years in product/UX design with design system leadership.
• Proven design system management covering components, tokens, docs, governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design system evolution across web and native mobile.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, review, and release system updates.
• Ensure parity between design and coded components across responsive experiences.
