Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking an Senior Product Designer to shape and govern our design system across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, drive usability, and maintain accessible, scalable components.

You will collaborate with product teams on TheraNest initiatives, conduct research, and deliver artifacts—from wireframes to prototypes—that align with business goals and user needs. Experience with healthcare-related design is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience evolving a design system including components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and practices (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Proven experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, prototyping, tokens, AI tools, documentation.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and React components; familiarity with Material UI.
• Experience using product analytics to inform design decisions.
• User research and usability testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality-assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Evaluate accessibility and usability; document WCAG/ADA expectations for designers and engineers.
• Maintain design system documentation, usage guidance, and accessibility standards.
• Support the system’s AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
• Lead design system meetings, backlogs, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Translate user, product, design, and technical needs into actionable work for sprints.
• Partner with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
