Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape AI-first product experiences across web and mobile for frontline workers. You’ll own end-to-end design and collaborate with PMs and engineers to simplify complex workflows.

Join a team creating scalable design systems, with emphasis on strong craft, storytelling, and clear design rationale. You’ll present work to executives and use AI tools to push quality higher.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features for real users.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design with typography, spacing, color, layout, motion.
• A systems thinker who builds for reuse and scalable design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent.
• Expert level English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile — from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, simplifying workflows.
• Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions with product and engineering.
• Think in systems: build for reuse and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Present design work with clear rationale, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure high quality across the lifecycle.
• Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate work and raise output quality.
