MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a Product Design Manager to guide a team of 4–6 designers responsible for complex, high-stakes workflows. You will set creative direction across product areas and partner deeply with Product and Engineering to ensure design shapes outcomes, not just screens.

You will translate strategy into focused design, drive career growth, and raise the craft bar by investing in the design system and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience managing product designers.
• Strong product thinking and craft judgment.
• You build trust through how you show up, providing clarity and accountability.
• You care about AI-powered product experiences and using AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile.
• Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers, conduct 1:1s, give feedback, and hire.
• Translate product strategy into focused design execution and clear vision.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align priorities.
• Raise the craft bar by contributing to design critiques and the design system.
• Lead your team in adopting AI tools and practices to accelerate design work.
