Job summary

MaintainX in the United States is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for an AI-first product experience across web and mobile.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to simplify workflows for frontline workers, including maintenance technicians and facility managers, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes systems thinking, strong craft, and applying AI tools to accelerate design and improve outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing AI-powered features for real users.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design with typography, spacing, color, and motion.
• Ability to design for reuse and scale across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like technicians and facility managers.
• Translate ambiguous AI problems into clear, testable design solutions with product and engineering.
• Think in systems: build for reuse and contribute to the design system.
• Present design work with rationale, incorporate stakeholder feedback, ensure high quality.
• Use AI tools to speed up work and raise output quality.
