Job summary

MaintainX, a leading AI-first design team within Autodesk Operations Solutions, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape AI-powered experiences across web and mobile. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to transform complex workflows for frontline workers.

You will own end-to-end design, craft high-quality interfaces, and contribute to a scalable design system while communicating design intent to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces and predictive insights.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who builds for reuse and scales design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence cross-functional peers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile — from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity.
• Translate ambiguous, fast-moving AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions in close partnership with product and engineering.
• Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft.
• Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality across the product lifecycle.
• Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output.
