Job summary

MaintainX seeks an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end AI-powered design for web and mobile surfaces. You will craft workflows for maintenance technicians and facility managers, turning complex problems into intuitive experiences.

With 6+ years in B2B SaaS design, you’ll translate ambiguous AI challenges into testable solutions, contribute to a scalable design system, and communicate design rationale to executives and engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces and predictive insights.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• Ability to think in systems and scale design decisions across a product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users making workflows simpler and smarter.
• Translate ambiguous AI problems into testable design solutions with product/engineering.
• Contribute to the design system with a focus on consistency and quality.
