You will own end-to-end design from problem framing to high-fidelity delivery, collaborating with product managers and engineers to simplify complex workflows for maintenance technicians and facility managers.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, craft, and the ability to present informed design decisions to executives, with a focus on scalability and design system

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing AI-powered features for real users.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design with typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns and designs for reuse.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent.
• Expert level of English, spoken and written, across teams and with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users, keeping workflows simple.
• Translate ambiguous AI problems into clear, testable design solutions with product/engineering.
• Think in systems, build for reuse, contribute to design system with consistency and craft.
• Present design work with rationale, integrate stakeholder feedback, ensure quality.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design and raise output quality.
