JetBrains is seeking a Lead Product Designer for YouTrack to shape the next era of AI-native project management. You will lead a small design team, maintain coherence across boards, and help define the design quality bar while contributing as an individual contributor on complex problems.

You will collaborate with product management and engineering to set roadmaps, design interactions with AI features, and craft experiences for startups and large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools where information architecture is a primary challenge.
• Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that raises the bar.
• Ability to design unified experiences for both startup teams and large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the design direction for YouTrack in an AI-native world.
• Lead a small design team of two designers and own overall design quality across the product.
