Job summary

JetBrains Air seeks an experienced Product Designer to own the web interface and automations sub-team. You will shape the design process, translate vague product direction into concrete scope, and ship surfaces with a unified design system across web and desktop.

You will work closely with developers and other teams, applying AI-assisted prototyping and strong Figma skills to deliver impactful, designer-led features that elevate the developer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Ownership instinct: see features through to production.
• Excellent cross-team project delivery.
• Solid Figma skills with components and design systems.
• Active use of AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overview.
• Shape the design process for the automations sub-team with developers for review and handoff.
• Own evolution of the design system across web and desktop.
• Vibe-code and use AI for prototyping to move ideas faster.
• Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning from a design perspective.
