Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design for AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile. You will partner with PM and Engineering to guide experience decisions from discovery to launch, and translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.

The role requires 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products, strong system thinking, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms).
• Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity.
• Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for Al-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
• Translate Al capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
• Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.
