Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own a core area of its product. You will collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape what is built, how it works, and how it feels. This hands-on IC role will grow with the company, with opportunities to build the design team in your area as we scale.

You will lead design conversations, influence the roadmap, and mentor peers to raise the bar for design quality across complex, enterprise workflows and AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, shipping complex software products (B2B/SaaS/enterprise a strong plus)

Responsibilities

• Own design for a core product area, from strategy to final polish.
• Be a key voice in product decisions: influence roadmap and user outcomes.
• Mentor designers and help raise the bar, with potential to grow the design team.
• Set the bar for design quality and establish scalable processes.
• Design complex, data-rich workflows and make them feel simple.
• Talk to customers and translate enterprise needs into elegant solutions.
