Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced product designer to own end-to-end product design for complex enterprise software used by maintenance engineers, field service technicians, and operations planners.

You’ll work in a cross-functional squad with engineers and PMs, conduct user research, design AI-enabled features, and contribute to the design system while ensuring WCAG accessibility; success measured by reduced UX tickets and higher task success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience in enterprise software.
• Ability to plan and conduct user interviews and synthesize findings into direction.
• Experience working in cross-functional squads with engineers and PMs.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems, and applying accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Own design for defined feature areas end-to-end from problem framing to production-ready assets.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads to influence product decisions with evidence.
• Design AI-driven features with focus on where AI helps and where it risks the user.
• Contribute to design systems, tokens, and accessibility from the start.
