Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience with ownership from discovery to shipped product
• Ability to run research: plan studies, conduct interviews, synthesize findings into direction
• Experience working in cross-functional squads with engineers and PMs
• Proficient in Figma and strong visual craft; design with accessibility from the start

Responsibilities

• Own design for defined feature areas end-to-end from problem framing to production-ready assets
• Collaborate in a cross-functional squad with engineers and PMs and make real design decisions
• Present design thinking to stakeholders and handle pushback with evidence
