Job summary

IFS is seeking a senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across defined feature areas. You will work in a cross-functional squad with engineers and PMs, shaping problem framing and delivering production-ready Figma files.

We value AI-driven design, WCAG accessibility, and experience building scalable design systems. This role offers a hybrid work environment with strong impact on field operations and enterprise software solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of end-to-end product design experience from discovery to shipped product.
• Experience in cross-functional squads with engineers and PMs.
• Strong Figma proficiency and a track record of building design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own design for defined feature areas end-to-end with production-ready Figma files.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads making real decisions with engineers and PMs.
• Present design thinking to stakeholders, handling pushback with evidence.
