Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the Audit product team. Reporting to the Director, Product Design, you’ll own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the design direction of a core Fieldguide product.

We move incredibly fast and seek designers who can balance speed with craft, incorporate AI into daily practice, and design AI-assisted workflows directly into the product.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Design role for B2B SaaS.
• Own complex problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows (review, summarization, guidance).

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Drive design execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal direction.
• Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys and polished UI.
• Balance speed with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality.
• Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints.
• Own a significant product area, anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas.
• Contribute to the design system and mentor peers as a trusted voice.
