Fieldguide, a remote-first growth-stage startup, is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Internal Audit. You will own the strategy and roadmap to win this market, leveraging AI agents to streamline audit workflows from planning through reporting.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to align needs and deliver enterprise-grade product experiences. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in product management, familiarity with SOX or regulated workflows, and fluency in audit

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's internal audit line from market entry to roadmap.
• Build AI agents to improve efficiency and quality across audit lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing to drive feature adoption.
• Engage with CISOs, CAEs, and IT Audit leaders and translate learnings into the roadmap.
