Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Internal Audit to own the strategy and roadmap for Fieldguide's internal audit market. You will collaborate with executives and IT audit leaders, shaping the product to improve risk assessment, planning, and reporting using AI agents.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, deep audit domain knowledge, and strong collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful features at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or another regulated workflow.
• Fluent in the vocabulary of the work: audit universe, entity-level controls, risk and control matrices.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable talking with engineers about LLMs and agent architecture.
• Able to hold a strategic position under sustained pressure from commercial stakeholders.
• Comfortable translating workflow into detailed product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's internal audit line from market entry to a sequenced roadmap.
• Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across audit lifecycle stages.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, communicate strategy, and drive adoption of product features.
• Work directly with Chief Audit Executives and Heads of IT Audit, including onsite collaboration, to feed insights back into the roadmap.
