Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a senior product designer to own complex B2B SaaS design problems in a remote-first setting in the United States. You will drive end-to-end design execution with minimal direction, translating customer needs into polished journeys and interaction models, while shaping AI-assisted workflows across the product.

You will elevate craft by contributing to the design system and mentoring peers.

• 10+ years in Product Design, ideally on complex B2B SaaS products.
• Strategic IC who decides which problems matter and thinks several steps ahead.
• Experience shaping AI-assisted workflow design at a systemic level.
