Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design for a core OpenSearch experience from framing to launch and post-launch measurement.
• Define the experience for Winnow/agentic search and surface agent planning and reasoning while earning user trust.
• Embed in a builder pod with product and engineering as an end-to-end builder and influence what gets built.
• Design for complex areas like search relevance, vector and semantic search, logs, dashboards, observability workflows, and root-cause analysis to make dense data clear.
