Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, trustworthy experiences across an agentic platform. This role supports users from business and admin perspectives, with a flexible remote arrangement across the U.S.

Minneapolis/DC offices required four days a week for local hires. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security and Risk teams, translating complex agent behaviors into scalable design systems and user journeys.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, interaction design or related disciplines in enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable improvement of complex digital experiences.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive workflows and understandable interfaces.
• Experience designing for multi-persona workflows, admin/platform products and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end experiences for discovery, onboarding, configuration, deployment, supervision, performance monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Translate platform strategy into journey maps, service blueprints, information architecture, interaction models, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
• Design experiences for multiple personas, including business users, agent builders, developers, platform administrators, risk reviewers and customer support teams.
• Create coherent workflows across marketplace, agent studio, runtime controls, observability, policy management, data connections and administration capabilities.
