offices may require four days on-site when applicable. You will partner with stakeholders to translate insights into features, monitor ROI, and communicate the value story to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Manager/Developer/Consultant in healthcare.
• 3+ years managing performance metrics and delivering results.
• 3+ years analyzing product financial performance.
• 3+ years presenting analyses to clients or executives.
• 2+ years cross-functional project experience.
• 2+ years proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, Affordability, Analytics, and Optum to identify cost-saving opportunities and translate insights into actionable features.
• Analyze utilization trends and population health risks to uncover affordability levers; validate forecasts with HCE and actuarial teams.
• Monitor financial KPIs and ROI with product owners to prove and track value.
• Support development of capabilities with market pricing alignment and build a library of affordability stories.
• Leverage client resources and create mechanisms for proactive affordability monitoring at the client level.
