Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience deploying distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with Python or equivalent programming language.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and model deployment patterns.
• Experience leading client engagements from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure architectures integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI applications and copilots.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to bring reusable capabilities into deployments.
• Translate between business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
