Job summary

Gen is seeking a hands-on product design leader to support the MoneyLion brand and help shape the next chapter of its digital product experience. You will balance meaningful individual contribution with day-to-day leadership designing experiences for MoneyLion app features, and a growing focus on the MoneyLion web, while guiding designers in our global offices.

You’ll oversee and contribute to the execution of existing products and features, partnering with product and engineering to align on

Qualifications

• Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers across multiple time zones.
• Fluent with AI tools and interest in building internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design work for MoneyLion app features and web.
• Oversee designers across three regions with reviews and guidance.
• Coach junior designers to improve execution quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on scope, delivery and quality.
