Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking a Director of Product, Personalization, to own a proprietary personalization engine and real-time recommendations across the MoneyLion ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in a lead/senior PM role owning a significant product area.
• Experience building personalization, recommendation, feed-based, or ML-driven products at consumer scale.
• Strong first-principles and customer-first thinking—balancing qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for MoneyLion's internal personalization engine and real-time decisioning across the customer experience.
• Define how behavioral, financial, and engagement data surface relevant content to the right customer at the right time.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to mature ML-driven personalization with experimentation and feedback loops.
• Establish instrumentation and measurement frameworks tracking personalization quality and impact on business outcomes.
• Own MoneyLion's personalized engagement feed and define ranking logic, content strategy, and engagement mechanics.
• Drive experimentation across feed composition, card design, and CTAs to deepen relationship depth and monetization.
• Coordinate with Membership, PFM, Credit, Onboarding, and other domains to evolve the feed with the customer’s financial journey.
• Define a coherent lifecycle connectivity vision: push, email, in-app messaging, ensuring additive channels.
• Serve as the cross-product orchestrator for personalization across multiple product domains.
