Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer / UX-UI Lead to drive vision, strategy, and execution of mobile and digital product experiences. You will own a scalable design system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new initiatives to market.

The role focuses on native iOS/Android, subscription and multi-brand experiences, and building scalable design tokens and components for a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product/UX design with consumer-facing apps.
• Strong portfolio showing mobile apps and design systems.
• Expertise in Figma including Auto Layout and components.
• Experience maturing enterprise-grade design systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for native mobile apps.
• Transform concepts into intuitive, production-ready experiences.
• Own and evolve a scalable design system with documentation.
• Create high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, flows, and specs in Figma.
• Design reusable frameworks across multiple brands while ensuring consistency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and exec stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and validate decisions with data.
• Participate in design reviews and design QA through releases.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.
