• 7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a lead/senior PM role.
• Proven track record building personalization, recommendation, or feed-based ML-driven products.
• Strong customer-first mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborates with data science and ML engineering teams to ship model-driven experiences.
• Excellent cross-functional influence across diverse stakeholders.
• Fintech, consumer finance, or high-growth consumer apps experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the personalization platform strategy, roadmap and real-time decisioning across the customer journey.
• Lead personalized engagement feed, ranking logic and cross-product orchestration.
• Drive experimentation, metrics, and instrumentations to improve engagement and lifetime value.
• Coordinate with Membership, PFM, Credit and Onboarding to align personalization with the full customer lifecycle.
