Job summary

Gen is seeking a hands-on product design leader to support the MoneyLion brand and shape the next chapter of its digital product experience. You will balance meaningful individual contribution with day-to-day leadership - designing experiences for MoneyLion app features, with a growing focus on the MoneyLion web experience, while guiding designers in our global offices.

You should be comfortable moving between IC and leadership modes, fluent in AI tools such as Claude, and eager to explore

Qualifications

• Senior level product design experience with a track record of shipping.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers across time zones.
• Deep Figma proficiency including design systems, components and tokens.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design work on MoneyLion app features and MoneyLion web.
• Day-to-day oversight of designers across three regions, including reviews.
• Coaching junior designers to improve execution quality.
• Drive MLDS 4.0 adoption and align design and build.
• Ensure designers have resources, clarity, and context to deliver.
• Partner with product and engineering on delivery, scope, and quality.
