Gen is hiring a Senior / Principal Product Manager to own our Web Experiences platform across MoneyLion.com and the broader syndication network, driving acquisition, SEO, and monetization for our Consumer Marketplace ecosystem. You will centralize the web experience layer to operate as a scalable product platform rather than a collection of marketing pages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of product management for large-scale consumer web or similar platforms; 10+ for senior level.
• Strong technical fluency in modern front-end architectures (React/Next.js), SSR/SSG/ISR, and web performance.
• Deep expertise in SEO including Core Web Vitals, schema, and site structure.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Gen’s web experience layer across properties.
• Drive CRO across acquisition funnels and landing/compare pages.
• Partner with Engineering on rendering strategy and component system.
• Lead the web experimentation roadmap with site-wide testing and personalization frameworks.
• Own web SEO product strategy in partnership with the SEO team.
• Define rendering and experimentation surfaces for AI-driven content and dynamic experiences.
• Reduce technical debt and maintainability across the front-end ecosystem.
• Define and track KPIs across conversion, organic traffic, engagement, and revenue per session.
