Job summary

Gen is hiring a Senior / Principal Product Manager to own our web experiences platform across MoneyLion.com and the broader syndication network. You will centralize the web experience layer to operate as a scalable product platform and collaborate with SEO, PMM, and engineering to maximize growth and AI-enabled personalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience for L10, or 10+ years for L11, with significant time on consumer web/SEO/affiliate marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Gen's web experience layer across MoneyLion.com and related properties.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across acquisition funnels (landing pages, pages, affiliate flows).
• Partner with Engineering on rendering strategy, front-end architecture, and the component system powering web properties.
• Lead the web experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, variants, measurement).
• Own web SEO product strategy with Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexability.
• Define rendering, personalization, and experimentation surfaces for AI-driven content on the web.
• Reduce front-end technical debt and improve long-term maintainability across the portfolio.
• Define and track KPIs across conversion, organic traffic, engagement, revenue per session.
