Accenture Song is hiring a Product Design Lead to own projects end-to-end, translating user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will set the bar for craft quality, lead teams to deliver high-quality design, and connect experience decisions to measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor designers, lead client programs, and shape product decisions with AI-enabled workflows, delivering creative, strategic narratives across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Design across multiple domains and platforms.
• 4+ years leading end-to-end product design engagements and design systems.
• 4+ years creating product visions, user journeys, and rapid prototypes.
• 3+ years managing or coaching designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience shaping AI-powered experiences and workflows in product design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with quality and timelines.
• Translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences.
• Create proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives using AI tools.
• Set direction while staying close to work and guiding design decisions.
• Present strategy to senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Document AI impact on delivery and explore growth opportunities with account leaders.
• Mentor designers and contribute to craft, assets, and onboarding.
