Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Designer to shape and evolve brand identities, design systems, and scalable visual ecosystems. You will lead art direction, mentor junior designers, and drive AI-enabled content workflows within a responsible, craft-driven process.

You will partner with strategists, producers, developers, and writers to create cohesive brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, while elevating long-term brand foundations over campaign work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates concept-driven brand identity and scalable visual systems across touchpoints.
• 6+ years of agency or design studio experience.
• Ability to lead art direction and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Champion clients' brand identities with consistency and creative excellence.
• Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight.
• Lead development of concept-driven brand identities and scalable design systems.
• Define forward-thinking art direction frameworks for photography, imagery, and content.

• Collaborate across strategy, copywriting, motion, and technology to build holistic brand experiences.
• Create multi-faceted design deliverables from brand audits to CRM campaigns.
• Balance multiple projects and deliver compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.
