Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Product Design Lead to own projects end-to-end, translating user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will guide teams in defining systems, interactions, and technical considerations, ensuring craft quality while embracing AI-enabled processes.

You will mentor designers, partner with cross-functional teams, and help shape the next generation of leaders in a fast-paced studio environment. This role emphasizes impact and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design across multiple industries and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, incl. design systems for consistency and scalability.
• 4+ years creating product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years delivering high-fidelity UI with accessible design.
• 3+ years managing or coaching designers.
• 3+ years in agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years shaping AI-powered experiences, including trust states and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Solve ambiguous problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations with proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives using AI.
• Set direction while staying close to the work, ensuring high-quality design delivery.
• Lead client discussions, translating research and design insights into strategic narratives.
• Document how AI changes project workflows and quantify its impact on delivery and team performance.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the Product Design craft within the practice.
