You will translate insights into distinctive brand worlds, establish mood and tone, and collaborate with strategy, copy, motion, and tech to deliver cohesive brand experiences across digital and physical environments.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven brand identity, strong art direction, and scalable visual systems across touchpoints.
• 6+ years of experience in an agency, design studio, or related creative field.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong design sensibility with ability to craft visually stunning and strategically sound work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a guardian of clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
• Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight and fresh ideas.
• Lead the development of concept-driven brand identities and scalable design systems.
• Define forward-thinking art direction frameworks for photography, image-making, and content ecosystems.
• Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages across digital, physical, and content environments.
• Collaborate across strategy, copywriting, motion, and technology to build holistic brand experiences.
• Balance campaign-driven design with long-term brand ecosystems and multi-channel deliverables.
• Produce design deliverables from audits to CRM campaigns and retail experiences.
