Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Product Design Lead who can own projects end-to-end, translating user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will define systems, interactions, and technical considerations, leading teams to deliver craft-quality work and measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and leverage AI to enhance design delivery while maintaining high standards and a decisive leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and clear, developer-ready specifications.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers, with demonstrated ability to develop contributors into stronger independent practitioners.
• 3+ years working in agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible through prototypes and visual narratives, using AI to accelerate output.
• Set direction while staying close to the work and shaping product decisions.
• Mentor and support team members to grow their skills and craft.
