Job summary

Accenture Song, the world's largest tech-powered creative group, is seeking a Product Design Lead who can own projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery. You will translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences, defining system interactions and ensuring high-quality design outputs.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design and AI-enhanced workflows. You will mentor designers, shape product decisions, and partner with executives to translate research

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI and accessible design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept and prototypes, using AI to accelerate output.
• Set direction while staying close to the work and shape product decisions with high-quality design delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members, expanding design capabilities and ensuring craft quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data/analytics.
