Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Product Design Lead to own projects end-to-end, translating user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will guide teams, set craft standards, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled design across engagements.

You will mentor designers, contribute to thought leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with client goals and business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and clear, developer-ready specifications.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers, with demonstrated ability to develop contributors into stronger independent practitioners.
• 3+ years working in agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years Experience shaping how AI-powered experiences get designed on engagements, including trust states, fallback and error handling, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality, adherence to project timelines, and collaboration across disciplines.
• Develop and communicate product visions and design rationales to senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Shape strategic narratives with research insights and translate them into tangible guidance for clients.
• Mentor and grow team members, sharing methods and outcomes to evolve the craft within the practice.
