Job summary

Mento seeks senior product design leaders to coach and develop others, with participation in ICF-certified training before engaging members. You will guide professionals to higher performance and more fulfilling careers, using a growth-mindset in a flexible, remote setting.

This fully remote contract role emphasizes 12+ hours per month, 3–5 hours weekly, and a commitment of 24+ months, with hourly pay and performance bonuses to reward engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior product design leader with deep coaching capabilities.
• Experience guiding leaders and teams toward growth and performance.
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathetic communication.
• Comfortable driving coaching in remote, asynchronous contexts.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to refine coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or app chat between sessions.
• Share tools and insights to elevate coaching practices and mission.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
