Responsibilities
- Own the AI coaching product roadmap and prioritize features.
- Translate coaching methodology into product features.
- Support coaching operations by identifying bottlenecks.
- Develop understanding of HR buyer needs and incorporate them into the roadmap.
- Drive product discovery through user research.
- Leverage AI tools for product management tasks.
- Manage product work, including planning and team coordination.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
