Job summary

Mento, Inc. is looking for senior leaders in software engineering for a coaching position. This fully remote role requires expertise in AI/ML or health tech, with a focus on developing and empowering individuals.

Successful candidates will provide personalized coaching to members, participate in ICF-certified training, and contribute to a supportive community. A minimum of 12 hours per month is expected for at least 24 months to build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading technical research teams in AI/ML, health tech, or similar fields.
• Strong experience in coaching and developing talent in a professional setting.
• Ability to navigate complex problem spaces and adapt in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance coaching skills.
• Communicate effectively with members via the Mento platform.
