Job summary

Mento seeks senior engineering leaders with 15+ years of experience to coach members, develop leadership capabilities, and translate research insights into coaching outcomes. You will collaborate with researchers, including PhDs, and support teams working in AI/ML, health tech, or related high-growth areas.

This fully remote contract role is based in North America or Europe, requiring 12+ hours per month for 24+ months, with an hourly rate and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading technical research teams at AI/ML, health tech, or related high-growth organizations.
• Experience guiding researchers, including PhDs, to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Strong people leadership and coaching mindset for executive-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing ICF-certified training to enhance coaching skills.
• Communicate with members through Mento App and email between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen Mento practices and community."
• Be an ambassador of kindness, respect, and empathy within the Mento community.
