Job summary

Mento is seeking senior leaders to join our remote coaching team. You will form 1:1 partnerships with members, helping them set goals, grow as leaders, and improve communication while navigating the challenges of fast-scaling environments.

The role emphasizes developing coaching skills through our ICF-certified program and contributing to a supportive, engaged community. Candidates should bring extensive leadership experience in tech, a growth mindset, and a willingness to dedicate hours weekly

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience managing teams and coaching individuals.
• Experience leading teams in high-growth global tech organizations or startups.
• Coaching certifications are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat in the Mento App between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance practices and fulfill the mission of helping others thrive.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness, respect and empathy.
