Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Product Data Analyst within the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization.

You will partner with product leaders and technology teams to define and deliver data solutions, analyze complex data ecosystems, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate across stakeholders to document current behavior, define future state requirements, and communicate insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, OBIEE, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and technology teams to understand data problems.
• Document current system behavior and define future state data requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Analyze data movement and dependencies to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Maintain documentation of data lineage from origination to consumption.
• Proactively suggest data-driven improvements to workflows and outputs.
